This is the similar process combination (threshold slopes) but with a high rate of erosion. Note the much lower drainage density, long slopes, and high relief. Many mountain slopes have a mantling of coarse colluvium near the threshold of motion and the model suggests that the high relief and low drainage density in such landscapes is due to the rapid erosion rate.
